SUGAR-COATED BULLETS
Living or studying in the USA will give one a taste of delightful desserts. My classmates from the UK are in love with desserts even though a study reveals that the UK produces less sugar. This gave me the origin of my discussion, as it is one of the subjects in the political class. This experience made me curious about why they are in love with sugars, which became my research topic.

In my studies, I found that during the industrial revolution, sugar shaped modern capitalism and strengthened British connections to sugar. The British Capitalists controlled and changed the production ways of sugar and reshaped the diet structure of the Europeans and the whole world, leading to a hidden bullet that is the power system of sugar used by the capitalist.
However, each era has different forms of "sugar." The sugars that shape us now are the slogan of "entertainment first," the brainwashing of luxury brands, the impetuous prosperity of short videos, and so on.
Therefore, in this discussion, the ubiquitous everyday dessert with historical significance forms the basis for the meeting because we feel the impacts of capitalist sugar-coated bullets on industries, values, and social class relations. Therefore, the symbolic representation aids in exposing capitalists' sugar-coated greed for capital, helping shape values and control the bondage of social classes and groups. Visually, I used the contrast of gray tone and color, implying the invisible control of capitalism and the glitz and bewildering appearance of the sugar-coated bullets to enhance the visual expression.
